I’m Cordi and I’m thrilled that you are here and inquiring about my classes.
It is all quite simple really. I LOVE dancing and I believe the need to dance is a natural urge in every human being like eating or drinking.
Dancing is my happy place and I made it my mission to inspire and motivate anyone who wants to learn to dance or just wants to dance it out just for the hell of it.
There is no other workout that releases more endorphins than dancing.
Endorphins boost our immune system and help us stay happy and healthy. And on top of it, dancing exercises your brain as well as your body.
I know how intimidating dancing can be for some of us because of the many styles and levels out there. The classes I offer are for any level and you can be sure I will always support and motivate you along the way no matter what level you are at the moment.
The goal in my classes is for you to discover the power of dance to transform your mood from low to high vibes in minutes and boost your confidence.
I’m 100% convinced that if we can be confident and strong on the dance floor, we can be strong and confident in life to be fully ourselves without any excuses.
If you can do it on the dance floor, you can do it in life.
