I believe that in the hustle and bustle of our daily life we always need to make space for doing something we love. Maintaining a hobby or a way of exercising that feeds our soul is just as necessary for a healthy lifestyle as a healthy diet. 

Dancing has always been my passion and my favourite way to fill up on good vibes.

 

There are some new dance fitness class in the works. A Belly Dance Fitness class and an all Taylor Swift songs dance fitness class for all the Swifties over 12. 

Yoga has been part of my life for over 10 years. I'm a 500 hr qualified yoga teacher specialising in yoga for beginners and one-to-on sessions. Yoga is a powerful tool to bring more balance into your life through improving your posture and calming the mind. Yoga doesn't have to be acrobatics and overstretching into unattainable poses. Finding a moment of quality me-time on the mat is the main goal in my classes.
