Yoga doesn't have to be boring, mysterious or difficult

Yoga is for Every Body

Yes, I'm mean this literally. Each and every one of us is able to practice yoga. Yoga in it's most simple basic form can improve your muscle strength and flexibility.


And best of all, it can put a smile on your face.

I think you would enjoy my class because you:

  • appreciate feeling looked after in class

  • love that relaxed, after-yoga-class feeling

  • enjoy meditation but are not into chanting

  • love yoga but without the acrobatics

  • enjoy a yoga class with a bit of humour :-)



Here is what I focus on in my class:


  • It is a live class, and not a recording, which means you can ask questions and get advice before and after class

  • I will provide you with a solid understanding of the yoga basics such as the alignment for each pose to get maximum benefits and zero injury

  • You will learn to love and accept your body as it is and gently move forward from there

  • I provide easy to follow meditation techniques without any chanting

  • You will learn how to apply breathing and meditation techniques in your daily life 

  • There will be NO acrobatics and prezeling - I’m not teaching any headstand, deep back bending or advanced balancing poses

  • Learn to gently move to the flow of your own breath without being distracted by complicated movement patterns


If any of these concerns are popping up in your mind now allow me to clear them for you:


  • “I’m not flexible enough to do yoga”

    Yoga is designed to make you more flexible and I will help you to increase your strength and flexibility gently and slowly over time


  • “I don’t take to the spiritual side of yoga”

    The centre point of yoga as I teach it is YOU and not something outside of you. All the techniques are designed to make you feel good, relaxed and comfortable. I don’t teach any chanting or relate the practice to any deities.


  • “Yoga is too serious for me”

    If you secretly believe that yoga is all serious and strict do book a class with me. I’m very sure I can convince you that a yoga class can be a fun experience.


  • I can do yoga class for free on youtube

    Yes, there is plenty of free recorded material out there but nothing beats having a live teacher who cares about your injuries and individual issues and is trained to give you modifications to the poses so you feel comfortable and happy. Even though we only meet on screen and not in person there is still a sense of doing our yoga practice together which makes it even more fun.


  • I not interested in bending myself into a pretzel, standing on one leg with my eyes closed

    There is no pretzeling or acrobatics in my class. I don’t teach advanced backbends, arm balances or inversions (meaning headstand). It is basic yoga only!



It is important to me that you enjoy moving your body and have fun reaching your health goals. From my own experience I know how valuable it is to learn how to really relax and bring mind and body into a calm and and uplifted state. 


As with any workout you can reap the benefits of a yoga practice only by doing it regularly. I made it my mission to inject as much fun, good vibes into my yoga classes so you will find it easy to come back to it again and again.

Laughing is encouraged in my classes. If you prefer the more solemn and serious approach to yoga.
