My Vision

The main goal in all my classes is to get you moving and grooving to the music. You can sweat it out dancing with me to Bollywood tunes in a BollyX class or discover your shimmies in a Belly Dance Fitness class. If you prefer it slow and steady come explore various types dance styles in a Slow Flow dance fitness session.

The after-workout glow is guaranteed. There is nothing better than dancing with friends.
