Do you sometimes feel stuck? Too much happening, too little time, too much to deal with? When I get overwhelmed, the most uncomfortable feeling is being stuck. I literally get caught in a loop of doubting myself and not knowing how to get back into the flow of things. Which is a real problem because life always goes on. Me flowing with it or not. The world always keeps turning.

For the past ten years of practicing and teaching yoga, I always come back to this one mediation technique that will gently lift me back into myself and heal the chaos inside me when I get overwhelmed by life.

Now let me be very clear on this!

This is a meditation technique that works very well for me. I’m a very visual person with a vivid imagination and if you could get a PHD in daydreaming, I would probably have been awarded an honorary degree from Harvard or Oxbridge! Meditation (just like any workout or technique) needs to be tailored to the individual. If you try this technique below and don’t feel comfortable, then it is not for you and that is absolutely fine. You might need a different approach to meditation and I'm more than happy to help you if you wish.

Meditation and Yoga should always feel good, and should never feel tedious or unenjoyable. There are many different ways to meditate and meditation doesn’t have to mean sitting still with your eyes closed for long periods of time!

If you are curious to find out more and want to know about different ways / techniques on how to meditate, then please do send me an email here and we can chat.

But now, without further ado, let me share my favourite meditation technique with you to help activate some serious self-love-superpowers!

I hope you enjoyed the few minutes of peace. Let me know in the comments if you liked it; what you enjoyed and if there was anything you struggled with.

I would love to hear from you!

Stay connected to your superpowers,

Cordi
